I bought something but it isn't showing

Tap the Shop button at the top right, then Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it.

I got a new phone. Where's my progress?

Your game is saved on your phone. If you set up your new phone from an iCloud or computer backup of the old one, your progress comes with it. There's no separate online save, so deleting the game deletes your progress.

How do I turn off the ads?

Remove Ads, or the Founder's Pack which includes it, stops the ads between batches for good. The ad that gives you double coins is always optional, and only plays if you tap it.

How do I change my ad privacy choice?

In the UK, EU and Switzerland, open the Vault and tap Ad privacy choices. More detail is in the privacy policy.

How do I turn off sounds or vibration?

Open the Vault and use the switches under Settings. Sounds also follow your phone's silent switch.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase.

Does the diamond really exist?

Yes. Every deposit has exactly one, and it's guaranteed to turn up before you reach the last rock. Keep digging.
